Ms. Shetty is a licensed Clinical Psychologist registered to practice in India and UAE (MOH & DHA). She did her Master’s of Science in Psychology and M. Phil in Clinical Psychology from the National Institute of Mental Health & Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS) India. She has over five years of clinical and teaching experience in India having worked in several general hospitals, universities and mental health clinics. In addition, she has worked as a Psychology Specialist in a school in UAE and is trained to identify and assess mental health issues in adults and children. An astute clinician, her specialization lies in crisis management (suicide and self harm), marital therapy and psychotherapy in mental illness and addictive behaviors. Using cognitive behavioral strategies, mindfulness and experiential techniques, she aims to help clients grow to their full potential.
