Dr. Jo Ann finished her pre-medical bachelor’s degree (BS) and Doctor of Medicine (MD) from DeLa Salle University, Philippines. After passing the Physician Licensure Examination, she pursued and completed her five years of Residency Training in General Surgery from San Juan De Dios Hospital, Pasay City, Philippines. 

 Dr. Jo Ann got affiliations and worked as a General Surgeon in various hospitals in Manila, at the same time an active volunteer doctor of Red Cross and Caritas Manila, until she moved to Abu Dhabi UAE in 2014. Prior to joining NMC, she was associated with Al Zahra Hospital, Sharjah as General Practitioner - General Surgery.
