Dr. Elattar received her medical degree in Medicine & Surgery from Mansoura University, Egypt. She also completed her Masters in Anesthesia & Surgical ICU from Mansoura University. Her expertise includes insertion of epidural catheter, central venous line, arterial cannula, regional anesthesia, and peripheral nerve block, among others. In addition she has a Harvard-MIT background.
