Regular exercises, balanced meals, stress busters like music, dancing, outdoor games, yoga and meditation help in holistic healing and coping with the daily stressors of life. I believe in “practice what you preach”. Long distance running, listening to old Hindi music and dancing help me achieve a work life balance.
