Dr. Uduak Igbokwe graduated from the College Of Medicine, University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital, Enugu, and is a Fellow of the West African College of Physicians.

A Physician with specialization in Endocrinology, Dr. Igbokwe holds over 17 years’ experience in the management of Diabetes and Thyroid diseases spanning across a Teaching Hospital, The Rivers State Government owned Specialist Hospital in Port Harcourt and currently Lagoon Hospitals, Ikoyi, Lagos, all in Nigeria.

She also chaired the Rivers State Health Research Ethics Committee for 3 years vetting all local and international proposals for Medical research in the State
