1967, was born in Zonguldak. After he completed his elementary, secondary and high school education, he graduated from Karadeniz Technical University Faculty of Medicine in 1990. In 2002, he became Anesthesiology and Reanimation Specialist and then he served in various hospitals in İstanbul. As an assistant professor, he participated in education trainings at medical faculties and health high schools. He is married and is father of a child.
