Dr. Tariq graduated from Sindh Medical College, Karachi, Pakistan, in 1996. In Pakistan, she worked at the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre, Karachi, National Institute of Child Health, and Abbasi Shaheed Hospital. After her fellowship in 2009, she worked in Saudi Arabia for nine years at the Royal Commission Medical Centre, a secondary care JCI accredited hospital as Senior Registrar OB/GYNAE till 2018.
She has had her research and scientific work published in peer reviewed medical journals. Dr. Tariq has experience in management of high-risk pregnancies, instrumental and operative deliveries, medical and surgical management of various gynecological diseases and pathologies of the female reproductive system.
