Dr. Shendre completed his basic degree from Indira Gandhi Medical College, Sant Tukdoji Maharaj University, Nagpur in 1986. He then specialized as M.S. ENT. He has more than 28 years of experience from Bhabha Hospital and Wadia Children Hospital in Mumbai, Ajinkya Hospital, Nagpur, and Medeor 24×7 Hospital in Dubai. His areas of interest include endoscopic nasal surgeries and reconstructive middle ear surgeries.
